Barry C. Horton has over seventeen years in the healthcare consulting arena including significant experience in implementations of clinical and financial applications at both small and large multi-specialty centers. Implementation expertise includes process improvement/redesign, project management, application build, system testing, resource /infrastructure development, resource management, training documentation development, and end user support.

As one of the initial Profero employees, he has been responsible for sales, program development and client relations throughout the US. His ability to create a customized implementation strategy has proven successful in implementations throughout the healthcare industry.

Barry is a member of HIMSS and MGMA and has resided in South Florida for over 10 years. He was worked with several of the leading healthcare institutions in the US and has installed applications from GE, Cerner, Meditech and Epic to name a few.
